Call out
About 20 minutes after we went to bed tonight, the phone rang. David was called out to Southwest division. (South-central LA) While we are thankful for the overtime, I am a little anxious just because it is raining so hard, and he won't be getting a normal night sleep. Like Phillipians 4:6 says, I am trying not to be anxious for anything, but in everything making my requests known to God. Please pray with me that he would drive there and back safely and not feel sick from being out all night. Thanks.

Hi, Lauren! I'm just heading to bed and will pray for you as well as Dave tonight. Is he going to Kaiser in Panorama City? That's where Bryan had his chemo. We definitely will keep you in our prayers as chemotherapy is not a fun experience, but hope that God will use it effectively in Dave's body. Keep trusting Him ... He is always faithful!
I hope you got some sleep last night and that Dave was able to rest as well. We're still praying for you all.
